E. Allan Wayne is a character appearing in Season 1 of Space: Above and Beyond.
He is portrayed by actor Richard Fancy.
Biography[]
E. Allen Wayne is the director of AeroTech and therefore also responsible for the colonisation of Vesta and Tellus. He arranged the war with the Chigs for more territory by sending the colonists to Vesta and Tellus knowing very well they would react by attacking them and destroying the colonies, which triggered the entire war in the first place.
He was killed by the Chig Envoy during the peace conference, when he called for the extermination of all Chigs.[1]
