Captain Lewelyn is a character appearing in Season 1 of Space: Above and Beyond and the various tie-in books.
He is portrayed by actor Tony Amendola.
Biography[]
Captain Lewelyn is the Master of the SCV MacArthur, a Military Spacelift Command cargo vessel. In late July 2063 the MACARTHUR survived an attack by Chig forces while transiting from Groombridge 34. A Chig Destroyer attacked the ship in Blood Alley and was subsequently destroyed after a prolonged "cat and mouse" engagement.[1]
Captain Lewelyn was killed during a mutiny aboard the MACARTHUR that occurred while trying to evade the Chig warship.[2]
